Requirements

  • Own the platform roadmap and service catalog
  • Track and report platform KPIs
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for platform incidents
  • Coordinate with FinOps, cybersecurity, application, network, storage, and infrastructure teams
  • Lead the weekly planning cadence for the platform team
