Role Overview

MWH is a leading water and wastewater treatment-focused general contractor seeking a VDC Technician to support multiple projects in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves producing models, drawings, and sketches using BIM/CAD software, collaborating with design professionals, and supporting on-site construction teams.

What You Will Do

The VDC Technician will produce models, drawings, and sketches, support on-site construction teams, and implement VDC/Digital Delivery applications and practices such as Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or higher university degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related technical degree
  • 2+ years of related engineering or technical experience
  • Experience with 3D/BIM design applications, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, BIM Track, and Civil 3D
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and other normal business applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with customer facing experience
