Role OverviewThe Vehicle Maintenance Foreman provides leadership and direction to the maintenance staff, performing inspections, diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are safe on and off the road.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include communicating with management, ensuring repairs are completed per company schedules, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing roadside repairs and adjustments.

Requirements
- Excellent mechanical aptitude for vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to safely drive service vehicles and vehicles in and out of the service area, as well as a test drive
- Must possess the necessary tools to perform assigned tasks
- Familiarity with using a computer and diagnostic software
- Must be able to read and speak the English language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions, directions, traffic signs, signals, and safety training
- Good written and verbal communication skills to be able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
