Job Description
The Vehicle Operations Manager focuses on the back-of-the-house processes for vehicle care, revenue generation, and efficiency. This role involves leading frontline employees, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and providing leadership within a brand or department. The manager will work with senior management to provide oversight of vehicle operations and employee performance.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Operations
  • Car Rental, Hospitality or Tourism experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
