Role OverviewThe Vehicle Operations Specialist will be part of the Remote Assistance team, monitoring autonomous vehicles and providing remote assistance when necessary. The role requires quick decision-making, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
The specialist will monitor assigned vehicles, assess dynamic driving situations, document interventions, and participate in Root Cause Analysis sessions. They will also track operational performance metrics and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a live operations environment
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and documenting escalations
- Comfortable monitoring multiple live video feeds and system dashboards simultaneously
- Experience using Jira, YouTrack, or similar ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of U.S. traffic laws and right-of-way rules
- Clean driving record
- Strong written communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
