Role OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Vehicle Operator to support the launch and operations of autonomous vehicles. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring vehicle readiness, executing driving operations, and supporting engineering and logistics teams.
What You Will Do
Operate vehicles for 4–8 hours daily with a strong focus on safety, support vehicle operations, perform basic software operation and troubleshooting tasks, and ensure vehicles and equipment are clean, functional, and ready for use.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to safely drive for extended periods (up to 6+ hours/day)
- Basic technical skills and troubleshooting ability
- Good driving record and no criminal history
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Benefits
- Base pay: $25.00/hour
- Weekend shifts: +5% hourly bonus
- Night shifts (starting 1:00 PM or later): +2% bonus
- Weekend night shifts: Up to +7% total bonus
- Required 3–4 day training during week 4 in Las Vegas, NV (flights and accommodations fully covered)
