Job Description
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Vendor Specialist to join our team and help lead our Vendor Management team across a wide range of projects in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
5+ years in construction operations or vendor management
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience building processes that scale
Experience in residential construction, modular/factory-built housing, or ADU development
Background in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain
Familiarity with compliance requirements in construction (licensing, insurance, safety)
Able to work in the US without sponsorship
