Role OverviewWe are seeking a well-rounded and experienced veterinary assistant to help us achieve our goals at Priority Pet Urgent Care. The role involves providing exceptional patient care and also includes veterinary receptionist responsibilities. What You Will Do
Provide patient care through pet restraint, triage, laboratory samples, diagnostic imaging, nursing care, medication administration, surgical preparation, anesthetic monitoring, and clear communication of treatment plans with clients. Also, greet clients and patients, answer phones, check patients in and out, process payments, maintain accurate medical records, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements
- Experienced Veterinary Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of veterinary experience
- Previous veterinary receptionist or client service experience
- Compassionate, calm, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to safely and properly restrain pets
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with client check-in/check-out, payment processing, and maintaining accurate medical records
