Role OverviewWe are seeking a strong and empathetic candidate to fill the role of Veterinary Mortician. This position requires some evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. The Veterinary Mortician will process deceased pets, oversee patient identification, and assist with aftercare pickups.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include processing pets, overseeing patient identification, coordinating pickups, and maintaining a clean work area. The Veterinary Mortician will also work closely with the afterlife care company to carry out owner's final wishes.
