Oversee daily hospital operations, lead and support a team of veterinary professionals, manage staff scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and operational efficiency, monitor financial performance, and promote a positive team-focused culture.

Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, or a customer service-focused environment
- Veterinary practice experience strongly preferred; veterinary technician experience is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with veterinary practice management software and basic financial reporting
