Role OverviewWe are seeking a reliable veterinary receptionist to join an independently owned dental focused, general veterinary practice in Spokane Valley. As the first person our clients encounter on the phone or in person, you will help set the tone for their experience. Your role will overlap with other areas of clinic need, including maintaining the cleanliness of the waiting area and exam rooms, and maintaining our website and social media pages.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the waiting area and exam rooms, maintaining our website and social media pages, and helping set the tone for client experiences. You will also be responsible for billing and record keeping, and problem solving and working independently.

We are looking for someone with a love of client service to advocate for quality dental care and educate clients on our services. You will be treated with respect, and have a four day work week (Monday-Thursday), one week paid vacation to start, and sick time. We also offer a 5 day Thanksgiving break and the week off between Christmas Eve and New Years.
