Greet clients and their cats warmly, answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments, maintain medical records, and communicate with veterinarians and technicians.

Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Reception or front desk experience
- Veterinary experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Empathy and patience with clients, coworkers, and yourself
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with veterinary practice management software is a plus
