Role Overview

This 13-month, hands-on program is designed to accelerate your professional growth in a collaborative, high-acuity, and learning-centered environment. As a CCVS intern, you’ll work closely with a team of more than 30 veterinarians, including over 20 board-certified specialists across disciplines.

What You Will Do

You’ll work on diverse cases, rotate through various specialties, and receive comprehensive mentorship. You’ll also develop skills in managing emergency and hospitalized cases, participating in journal club and M&M rounds, and presenting a professional lecture.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an AVMA-accredited or recognized veterinary school
  • Passed the NAVLE (or PAVE/ECFVG equivalent) prior to the start date
  • Eligible for Massachusetts veterinary licensure and DEA registration
  • Reside within one hour of the hospital for on-call responsibilities
