Role OverviewUnited Veterinary Care hosts veterinary students for externships across its network of hospitals. Students will gain diverse experience, mentorship, and confidence in their clinical skills. The externship is designed for clinical-year students at AVMA-accredited schools, typically in their 3rd or 4th year.
What You Will Do
You will actively participate in cases, discuss them with your supervising veterinarian, and have them confirm your exam findings. You will also participate in surgical cases, dental procedures, emergencies, sick patient workups, and routine medical appointments.

Requirements
- Must be a current veterinary student at an AVMA-accredited veterinary school

- Must provide proof of professional liability insurance
