Job Description
Petfolk is seeking a compassionate Veterinary TeleAdvice Support member to provide virtual care, address customer concerns, and facilitate pet parent inquiries. This role involves both synchronous and asynchronous customer interactions, managing medical records, and providing support to referral partners. The position works under the direction of the Director of Virtual Medicine and Operations and focuses on delivering a positive patient experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant, ER and GP experience in the veterinary field preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred
  • Full-time availability
  • Must be willing to work EST
