Job Description
Temple University's College of Science & Technology is searching for a Vice Dean of Finance & Administration. The Vice Dean will oversee daily financial operations, lead planning, analysis, reporting, and policy development for finance, budgets, and accounting within CST. The position requires a Master's degree and at least 8 years of directly related experience in a complex business or university setting.

Requirements

  • Master's degree and at least 8 years of directly related experience in a complex business or university setting
  • Demonstrated leadership excellence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams
  • Proven success in supervising, developing, and empowering staff
  • Strong capacity to lead organizational change
  • Advanced proficiency in forecasting, financial planning, and data analysis
  • Ability to lead special projects and produce high quality financial, statistical, and analytical reports
  • Experience reviewing and overseeing proposals and contracts
  • Ability to serve as a liaison with University Counsel, Accounting, and other administrative units
