Role OverviewThe Vice President/Senior Vice President, Human Resources serves as the company's senior people leader, developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that supports Latigo's business objectives, culture, organizational effectiveness, and growth plans. This role will serve as a member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with executives, managers, and the Board of Directors.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing an integrated people and organizational strategy, leading talent acquisition and organizational development, and overseeing compensation, benefits, and total rewards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including senior HR leadership roles
- Experience leading HR within a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other innovation-driven organization
- Demonstrated success supporting organizations through rapid growth, organizational change, and business transformation
- Strong expertise across talent acquisition, org development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and employment practices
- Experience partnering closely with executive leadership teams and Boards
- Exceptional communication, influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
