What You Will Do
Architect and implement the Conversational AI platform using Gen AI models, semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques. Oversee system design for multi-modal interactions (text, voice, vision) ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements
- 10+ years of software or AI engineering experience
- Expertise in overseeing large-scale AI systems
- Proven expertise in deploying and optimizing large language models and multi-agent architectures
- Solid understanding of cloud-native AI infrastructure (Azure, GCP)
- Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Langflow, etc.
- Strong grounding in data engineering, model evaluation, MLOps, and system observability
- Deep knowledge of conversational AI, dialog management, and human-in-the-loop design
- Demonstrated success in building and mentoring diverse AI and engineering teams
- Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline
