Vice President, Asset Management

This Vice President will be an instrumental member of the Retail Asset Management team, operating and managing a designated set of retail assets within the current portfolio. The role includes operational responsibility for a 12-20 property portfolio and entails the oversight of the day-to-day operations of each assigned asset, as well as the development and implementation of long-term strategies and value creating initiatives.

What You Will Do

Manage third-party property management teams, internal and external leasing teams, and construction management teams in all aspects of property operations. Execute the annual budget process, review valuation analysis, and work to ensure all leases are financially structured to maximize profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with undergraduate coursework in business, finance, accounting
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in the retail sector
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, interpret and create real estate documents
• Experience and understanding of financial concepts specifically relating to asset values derived from pro forma cash flows and capital markets assumptions
• Proficiency in Excel and Argus
