Role OverviewThe Vice President will focus on coverage of Insurance clients within the Debt Capital Markets team in HSBC's Americas region. The role requires primary coverage through content-led strategic client dialogue, working with the Managing Director to deepen relationships and lead the origination, structuring, and execution of fixed income securities across the insurance capital structure.
What You Will Do
Lead client engagement, develop and maintain strong relationships with Insurance clients, drive origination and execution of securities, and oversee the preparation of relevant deal-related and non-deal related marketing material.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Direct experience in capital markets or banking
- Demonstrable deep understanding of insurance capital securities, rating methodology, and regulatory developments
- FINRA series 63, 79, and 7 licenses
