Role OverviewThe Vice President of Brand Operations and Growth is responsible for brand operations and affiliate performance across the network, operating as a strategic partner to the Brand President. This role requires strong financial judgment, operational discipline, and a sharp focus on growth.
What You Will Do
Drive affiliate growth and performance, establish and drive adoption of growth frameworks, lead Brand Operations, Growth Consultant, and Onboarding and Transitions functions, manage the brand P&L, and lead affiliate renewal strategy and execution.

Requirements
