Role OverviewThe Vice President, Capital Infrastructure Delivery is responsible for providing strategic leadership, oversight, and support for a large-scale capital program. This role oversees a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.
What You Will Do
Drive program initiatives, including prioritization, sequencing, and delivery strategies. Develop and maintain a forward-looking capital plan, identifying future infrastructure needs based on asset condition, capacity, demand, and strategic priorities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in capital infrastructure delivery or program management

- Strong leadership and executive presence
- Expertise in project/program management methodologies
- Financial acumen and budget management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with digital delivery tools and data-driven decision-making
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (AIA), or equivalent
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or equivalent
