The Client Solutions team serves as the interface between the firm and its clients, responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and fostering long-term client relationships.
What You Will Do
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, foster strong relationships, retain and grow client assets, and serve as the liaison between internal departments and clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years of experience in client services, relationship management, or similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the wealth and/or retirement space
