Role OverviewThe Vice President, Consumer Marketing and Experience will lead the development, buildout, and execution of the full U.S. commercial organization for the company's first product launch. This executive will oversee performance marketing, digital platforms, CRM, and customer experience to create a seamless, high-performing patient journey.
What You Will Do
Define and execute the end-to-end consumer growth strategy across all channels, establish a powerful brand identity, and tailor specific growth and engagement strategies to the unique demographics of both the male and female pattern hair loss markets.

Requirements
- 12+ years in consumer marketing, growth marketing, or DTC environments, with progressive leadership experience
- Proven recent experience building or scaling consumer marketing and experience teams
- Experience managing large digital marketing budgets ($25M+ preferred)
- Strong background in performance marketing, analytics, and customer experience
- Deep expertise in DTC marketing, including television/streaming media and modern digital/social acquisition strategies
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, aesthetics, or wellness preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, decision-making, and team-building skills
- Ability to operate at both strategic and highly operational levels
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced scientific degree preferred
