Role OverviewThe Vice President, Controller will be responsible for all aspects of financial accounting and financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly financial statements and Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
What You Will Do
Manage, mentor, train and develop the accounting staff, provide accounting support to the management team, analyze monthly property operating statements, and ensure all financial reports are prepared in conformance with US GAAP.

- Strong communication skills (written and oral)

- Entrepreneurial and outside-the-box mindset
- Strong level of financial acumen and high level of analytical ability
- CPA required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
