Role OverviewMunich American Reassurance Company (MARC) is seeking a Vice President of Finance to play a senior leadership role within its U.S. Life finance organization. This role will partner closely with the CFO to oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, expense management, and internal control functions, while helping scale the organization through strategic growth initiatives.
What You Will Do
Lead and develop high-performing finance teams, oversee technical and non-technical accounting, ensure high-quality financial reporting, and drive operational efficiency and process improvement.

Requirements
- CPA required
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within finance organizations
- IFRS and U.S. Statutory accounting experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead large high-performance teams, influence senior stakeholders, and manage complex projects in a global organization.
