What You Will Do
The Vice President & General Manager, Clinical Research will be responsible for building and leading the research team, designing how research runs inside busy primary care clinics, and recruiting and developing new PIs and sub-investigators. The role will also involve building and maintaining sponsor and CRO relationships, and driving growth and quality in the division.

Requirements
- 8–15 years in clinical research site operations with clear progression
- Deep GCP/ICH and inspection-readiness experience on the site side
- CTMS fluency and genuine comfort with data, dashboards, and automation
- A commercial record: sponsor relationships you can name, feasibility wins, and budget negotiations that protected margin
- A player-coach temperament: hands-on in clinics, energized by being measured, and able to lead physicians with respect and a high standard
