Role Overview

The Vice President, Global Communications position has global responsibility for Kroll's strategy and execution related to company values; employee and corporate giving; environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives; and other community relations. This role will report directly to the Global Head of Corporate Communications and has one direct report.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute Kroll's CSR strategy, execute Kroll Cares volunteer and giving programs, lead the development and execution of communications for firmwide CSR programs, manage CSR content on the firm's channels, build and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations, and represent the organization at community events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, ESG, community relations, nonprofit management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing programs, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven success in building partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Data analysis and impact measurement expertise.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
