Role Overview

The Vice President of Human Resources, US is the senior HR leader for the United States organization and a trusted advisor to the US leadership team. This role owns the full HR agenda across the employee lifecycle and plays a critical role in organizational growth, transformation, and integration.

Requirements

  • BS degree and 10+ years of experience

  • Strong track record in M&A, organizational design, restructuring, and scaling organizations
  • Experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary HR teams
  • Confident, bold, and respectful leadership style—comfortable standing firm while building trust
