Role Overview

We're looking for a strategic, business-minded Vice President of Human Resources to lead our global HR function and serve as a trusted advisor to our executive leadership team. The role oversees all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, learning and development, payroll, compliance, immigration, and HR operations.

As a Vice President of Human Resources, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a people strategy that enables the company to scale while preserving the entrepreneurial culture that has made us successful. You'll partner closely with leaders across our global portfolio to build scalable people programs, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure our employees have an exceptional experience from hire to retirement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including executive-level leadership
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR strategy in a high-growth technology or global organization
  • Deep expertise across compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance
  • Experience leading global or multi-region HR organizations
  • Exceptional executive presence with outstanding communication and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive business decisions
