Job Description
The Vice President of Human Resources is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and executing the human capital and communication strategies that drive Noridian Healthcare Solutions' mission. This role demands a strategic leader who can foster a culture of service excellence, ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
10 years' experience in HR which may comprise of talent acquisition, human resources business partner, compliance, talent development, compensation and benefits.
5 years' experience in leadership-level positions.
Extensive experience as a strategic Human Resources business partner with a track record in organizational effectiveness, change management, talent development, and cultural transformation.
