Role OverviewAs a Vice President, ICG Merchant Sales – Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Division Manager at U.S. Bank, you will lead the growth strategy and execution for the TMT merchant portfolio, delivering against revenue, pipeline, and conversion targets. You will lead a team of Merchant Payment Executives and foster a high-performance, inclusive sales culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include owning growth strategy and execution, leading enterprise and complex deal execution, driving disciplined sales management, and partnering with senior level Product, Pricing, and Technical Sales to shape industry-relevant solutions and positioning.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience within payments, financial services, or enterprise B2B solutions
- Expertise in developing a Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) vertical from inception through maturation
- Extensive background in merchant acquiring, payments, or adjacent fintech solutions
- Proven success leading enterprise sales teams and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing revenue, forecasts, and performance metrics
