Role Overview

The Vice President, Internal Communications is a key contributor within Tradeweb’s global Communications team, based in our New York City headquarters. The role will support the continued evolution of Tradeweb’s employee communications program as the company grows and scales, helping keep employees informed, engaged and connected while reinforcing our culture across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

What You Will Do

Compose and distribute clear, concise and engaging employee communications aligned with a consistent company tone and style. Support leadership and executive communications, including advising senior leaders directly on messaging and framing, as appropriate. Contribute to an integrated internal communications editorial calendar across channels to support content quality, coordination, timing and visibility.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressively responsible communications experience, with a strong focus on internal or employee communications.
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting communications for a large, complex or geographically dispersed organization is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively from both limited direction and detailed stakeholder input, asking thoughtful questions, identifying gaps and anticipating needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Curiosity about AI, emerging communications technologies and new content formats, with the ability to learn and apply approved tools quickly and responsibly.
