Job Description
Role Overview

Support the origination and execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap corporate and non-public clients across all Software sub-verticals. Conduct industry analysis to support clients' strategic positioning and evaluate strategic alternatives. Develop deep expertise in Software industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to advise clients on strategic opportunities.

What You Will Do

Prepare detailed financial analyses, including leveraged buyout (LBO) models, discounted cash flow (DCF), accretion/dilution, comparable company analysis, and sum-of-parts valuation. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on client coverage, origination, and transaction execution. Draft and negotiate engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, and other transaction-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related
  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation
  • 3 years of experience in each of the following: Global bank/bulge bracket investment banking transactions, Executing investment banking transactions and processes in a global firm environment, Preparing financial analysis, Conducting due diligence, Preparing materials for clients, Collaborating with teams of bankers
