Job Description
Quarterra is a real estate investment firm seeking a Vice President, Investments to partner with the CEO to advance corporate-level strategy, step-out initiatives, and strategic growth opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field
8-12 years of progressive experience in real estate private equity, capital markets, principal investing, or a sponsor-backed operating platform
Strong understanding of JV and partnership structures, with sufficient depth to assess marketability, governance, and execution feasibility
Proven experience working with institutional capital partners and strategic sponsors
