Role OverviewThe Vice President, Investments (Dispositions) at Link Logistics is responsible for evaluating, preparing, and executing disposition opportunities across Blackstone’s US Industrial Portfolio. This role serves as a primary point of contact for East region dispositions while representing Link to the brokerage community and broader marketplace by showing a high degree of professionalism.

Prepare and execute disposition opportunities from portfolio composition through closing, serve as a primary point of contact for the region’s dispositions, and represent Link to the brokerage community and broader marketplace.

Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in investments or related fields
- BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines
- Strong academic record
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus (AE)
- Strong understanding of financial concepts used to evaluate investments and build models
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivation, determination, and initiative in a team environment
- Demonstrated high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrated experience leading real estate transactions, including sourcing, negotiations, and execution of asset dispositions
- Experience managing full deal lifecycle, including underwriting, marketing, due diligence, and closing processes
- Ability to lead cross-functional deal teams, including legal, asset management, and operations partners
