Role Overview

The Vice President, Lead Software Engineer will work with product owners to understand requirements, decompose work, plan and prioritize software deliverables. They will implement software application engineering methodologies, processes, and practices to business requirements, including information security, data privacy, code maintainability and reliability. The role involves working with cross-functional senior leaders to report progress and for escalation and conflict management.

The Lead Software Engineer will perform reviews and provide constructive feedback to squad members. They will research new software technologies and development tools to keep pace with industry advancements. They will work with cross-functional senior leaders to report progress and for escalation and conflict management.
