Job Description
The Vice President will own execution, underwriting discipline, broker strategy, and carrier alignment for the BSP CAT Property Program. The role leads the underwriting team and partners with operations, data, carriers, and executive leadership to drive profitable growth, consistency, and execution speed.

Requirements

  • Lead the day-to-day execution and operational performance of the BSP CAT Property Program.
  • Manage underwriting workflow, prioritization, service standards, and production oversight, and build scalable workflows that improve speed and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain underwriting guidelines, referral protocols, authority structures, training documentation, and occupancy examples.
