Role Overview

The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for managing the full sales cycle of InterMed's services and products. The role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to sell complex services to senior-level executives.

What You Will Do

Develops and implements strategic sales plans, meets with key clients to build relationships, negotiates and closes deals, and maintains and increases revenues and market share within assigned territory.

Requirements

  • At least two years of previous sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of healthcare workflow and healthcare budgeting preferred
  • Experience in direct business to business outside sales managing large territories
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time
