Role Overview

The Vice President of Community Living serves as a strategic executive leader responsible for the overall performance, growth, and sustainability of Life Unlimited's Community Living services. This role provides system-wide oversight of program quality, financial performance, and operational effectiveness while ensuring services deliver meaningful, person-centered outcomes.

What You Will Do

Provide executive oversight of all Community Living programs, ensure services deliver measurable, person-centered outcomes, establish and maintain systems for continuous quality improvement, and monitor program performance data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in developmental disability services
  • Minimum of 5 years in senior leadership overseeing similar community living programs
  • Demonstrated experience in program oversight, financial management, and strategic leadership
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory, licensing, and payer requirements
  • Must obtain a Class E driver's license during new hire orientation
  • Must Receive Seasonal Flu Vaccination
