Vice President of Development

The Vice President of Development will oversee assigned regions, lead a team of senior solution advisors and transitional care professionals, and develop strategies to enhance market share within assigned regions. This position will be responsible for analyzing market potential and profitability, developing strategies to achieve the greatest market share for the company, and implementing strategies through market research, cultivating relationships with healthcare partners, product development, and sales promotion programs.

Requirements

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, business management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or management
• Ability to read and communicate effectively
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
• Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment
• Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order
