Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of leadership experience in Part 121 or Part 135 operations
  • Must hold an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with significant Part 121 or Part 135 operational experience
  • In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations (14 CFR Parts 119, 135, 121, 91)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-team flight operations departments
  • Proven experience in pilot workforce planning, production, and professional development
  • Knowledge of operational control systems, Crew Resource Management, and aviation safety systems
  • Familiarity with SMS frameworks (14 CFR Part 5), ASAP, and FOQA program administration
  • Strong budgeting, operational planning, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with flight planning software, EFBs, and dispatch tools
  • Effective coaching, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
