Job Description
The Vice President of Fresh Food is a senior executive responsible for the end-to-end strategy, development, execution, and financial performance of the company’s fresh food and prepared food programs across the convenience store network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field required
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in foodservice, QSR, grocery, or food-forward convenience retail
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing large-scale, multi-unit food programs with operations
  • Deep understanding of fresh and prepared food operations, supply chain and food safety
  • Demonstrates the ability to translate strategy into disciplined, store level execution
  • A record of anticipating future consequences and trends accurately and creating new and innovative approaches to activities enhancing performance
  • Demonstrated success in linking corporate strategy to the development of leadership strategies and programs
  • History of leading teams through significant change while inspiring optimism and sharing information with others
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate and weigh alternatives and select appropriate courses of action, driving activity to measurable results
