Vice President of Global Supply Chain

Requirements

• Generate new business and revenue while improving gross margins and profitability
• Develop and execute the global supply chain strategy to align with business growth objectives
• Lead and drive continuous improvements in end-to-end supply chain operations
• Manage end-to-end international logistics operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global carriers, shipping lines, and air freight providers
• Oversee the management of customs brokerage services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customs authorities and regulatory agencies
• Direct the fulfillment/distribution division
• Implement strategies to optimize warehousing and distribution processes
• Continuously assess partner performance and adjust partnerships
• Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and environmental standards
• Develop and track key performance indicators
• Oversee the global supply chain budgets
• Drive continuous improvement in fulfillment/distribution, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage processes
