Job Description
The Vice President of Human Resources is seeking a Head of Human Resources to build and lead the HR function across a diverse and growing portfolio of businesses, developing a unified HR strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives and partnering with executive leadership on culture, engagement, and change management efforts.
Requirements
Proven HR leadership experience within a multi-entity, high-growth environment
Demonstrated success building or transforming HR functions in a scaling organization
Strong business acumen with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
Experience working in founder-led or family-owned businesses is highly valued
Track record of driving organizational change and implementing scalable processes and infrastructure
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
