Job Description
Dynamic Aviation seeks a Vice President of Human Resources to drive the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce and strategic HR planning, change management, staff development, training and culture building
