Role OverviewThe Vice President of Human Resources serves as a business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people function that supports Nothing Bundt Cakes' continued growth, culture, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive human resources program, lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management initiatives, oversee talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, HR operations, and organizational development.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in Director-level role
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred
