What You Will Do
The responsibilities include managing three divisions, ensuring Residential, Commercial, and Service are hitting their numbers, managing labor budgets, schedules, and margins. The role also involves delivering clean turnovers from estimating to the field, protecting margin, building the leadership pipeline, and owning safety.
