Role OverviewThe Vice President of Operations will partner with the CEO to drive organizational strategy, infrastructure, and team development. They will be responsible for the organization's human resources, facilities, technology, finance, and operations. The VP will work with the CEO to foster a collaborative, supportive, and outcomes-driven team culture.
What You Will Do
The VP of Operations will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including hiring coordination, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with employment law. They will also oversee facilities management, technology, finance, and systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on business, finance, accounting, or other relevant fields
- Minimum of twelve years of experience in operations and related fields
- Demonstrated experience overseeing finance, HR, and operations
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, audits, and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience working alongside people of various viewpoints and backgrounds
