Job Description
Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is a nonprofit organization seeking a Vice President of People Services to lead and develop a people-first culture, set positive culture, and drive change. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, work in partnership with the CPO, and ensure an atmosphere of innovation, accountability, and transformational leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years experience with ability to lead, motivate and manage a team
Experience in human resource related functions and knowledge of compliance with local, state and federal human resources legislation
Demonstrated premier writing skills, persuasive communication, presentation, and personal skills
